If you have any problem with your order please keep all shipping materials and contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our utmost to make things right.

We stand behind our products. Within seven days of delivery if you detect any defects in material or workmanship that render the product unacceptable, you may return the item to us and we will replace the product or return your money at our discretion.


If within seven days you want to return your order for any reason you may do so. The conditions being that you return the item(s) in its original condition and packaging and you pay the return shipping plus a 15% restocking charge.


Except for defects in material or workmanship custom orders cannot be returned. Therefore, problems with custom orders are attempted to be handled before they occur. To that end we will not authorize any production until we get a direct approval of the manufactures rendering of your design, colors and materials. That approval will be demonstrated by full payment at the time of authorization.


No one can predict the exact life of your flag. There are too many variables.
However, we will work with you to put together a cost effective plan to maximize the life of your flag.
