Frequently Asked Question
Flagpole climber is an efficient alternative in different situations. Access to the top of the flagpole is required if the rope is jammed, missing a pulley, or needs to be replaced. Also, if the rope is completely off the pole, it should be threaded through the pulley at the top of the flagpole.
A flagpole climber is required if the flagpole is very high, on top of a building, or difficult to access with a shovel truck. Missing flagpole pulleys? No rope or ball on the flagpole? Does your flagpole need painting? If the flagpole is hard to reach, the Flagpole Climber is for you. You might also be surprised that climbing a flagpole is often the most economical option.
Flagpoles that complement commercial buildings come in sizes of 20 feet and up. Again, the size of the building and property is the decisive and most important factor. For office buildings, 40-60 foot tall flagpoles add the final corporate statement. Note, however, that buildings with poles as short as 25 feet look equally elegant. Many companies use two poles to hoist the United States and state flags. Another option is to use three poles to carry a US, state or corporate flag or banner.

There is a drain hole at the bottom of the floor mount to drain the water.
Given that larger flags may be flown in the future, we recommend the length of the longest flag to be flown, or at least 2 feet longer than the flagpole can handle. It should also be taken into account that the flag is sometimes flown at half-staff. During this time, it is important to position the flagpole so that the flag does not hit objects or get stuck.
Flagpoles do not require much maintenance if you follow a few simple guidelines.
- Do not fly a flag larger than the flagpole can handle.
- Remove the flag during high winds, freezing rain, or when freezing is possible.
- Check the trap for wear every time you lower or raise the flag. If the flag is not lowered daily, conduct regular checks.
- If the flagpole is tilted, or if the flagpole, termination, or carriage assembly appears loose or damaged, remove the flag and schedule maintenance.
When using flagpoles outdoors, it is important to consider adverse weather conditions. Our different types of flagpoles are guaranteed to withstand different wind speeds and we recommend removing the flag when the wind is over 40km/h.
